For authorized return claims,we will process returns within 3 (3) business days of return receipt. If product condition/quantity matches authorized-returns approval, Direct Liquidation will issue a store credit memo in the corresponding Sale Price* of the returned items.
If the order was paid via bank wire, the account holder will be required to fill out and sign an authorization form for refund. The refunds are issued within 3-5 business days and the credit may take up to 5 business days to show on the bank statement.
If I ship my merchandise outside of the US can I return it?
At Direct Liquidation, we have a clearly defined and efficient process in place for managing return claims. If your claim is authorized, you’re welcome to initiate the return of your item. We kindly remind our customers that they are responsible for any return shipping costs.
To facilitate a smooth returns process, we request that you submit a return claim to our dedicated customer service team within five (5) business days upon receipt of your shipment. Please understand that, due to our operational guidelines, return claims filed outside this five (5) business day window may face restrictions or potential denial.
